To accomplish this we have housed our servers in secure data centers with redundant hydro electric substations, fiber optic connections with redundant network providers, private floor HVAC, redundant UPS for all servers, and private diesel generators for our UPS, servers, and HVAC.

We looked around a long time for the perfect location for our web servers before deciding on Kelowna, British Columbia.

Kelowna is a natural safe haven from Mother Nature's wrath. Kelowna is 240 miles (400 km) east of the ocean, 1000 ft (280 Metres) above sea level, and surrounded by mountains. This all but eliminates threats from tornadoes, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, and all other acts of nature. Kelowna is also not on a fault line or in any earthquake zones.
